Johannesburg born artist, FRNGE, approaches his latest EP with a mindset of wearing his heart on his sleeves by purposely contorting his previous sound by deconstructing not just his style and melodies, but his whole outlook on life and stuff.

Compared to his previous releases, this EP embodies the WDR spirit of building and destroying as it dives into FRNGE’s darker side where he finds clarity in translating depressive episodes and departures from his hometown into creating a sound that he’s been chasing for years with this concise Lo-Fi journey into his personal underbelly of ambient music you can dance to without the aid of ketamine. This album was produced by using copious amounts of Kombucha and a very unhealthy addiction to the internet, just a small price to pay for being the inventor of ambient Afrikaans electronica.
